Credit Card Security

For your peace of mind, Phototitles.com do not receive any credit card details, these details are only taken by the secure card clearing service.

Shipping

All books will be securely packaged, and are sent by citylink to UK customers and by post Office Airsure or Registered Airmail for overseas customers. Shipping is costed by packed weight of a book.

In the event of any damage occurring we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We also require photographic evidence to support any claim for damages, within 7 days of receipt. Small .gif or .jpg files should be emailed to,

UK Statutory Rights - For UK Customers

We will refund the cost of an item if notified and it is returned within 7 days of your receipt. You Must notify us first and obtain a RMA number

All returns must be unopened, all and any seals intact and goods returned in original condition. Please note that the cost of original shipping and return shipping is the expense of the Purchaser.
