Steidl reprint of this Seminal work\n

\nChris Killip - In Flagrante Two\n

\nWith original copies of this book selling selling between £200 and £500 dependant on condition this Steidl reprint is long overdue, although i would not be surprised to see this go out of print quite qickly.\n

\nThe photographs that Chris Killip made in Northern England between 1973 and 1985 were first published by Secker & Warburg in the book In Flagrante in 1988. The new oversized Steidl edition is a radically updated presentation, showing a single image on the right side of each double-page spread. In Flagrante Two is strident in its belief in the primacy of the photograph, embracing ambiguities and contradictions in an unadorned narrative sequence devoid of text.\n
